My mom is typin this, -_-;;

I'm concerned my son will not do the work required to photoread although he seems very interested in this program. Can someone describe their experience with this program? Do you think a 14 year old can stay motivated to complete the program on their own?

If there are any teenagers out there, now is the time to come to the aid of a future photoreader. Pls post your experiences.

He's young, but if you can afford the home study course, buy it. I'm an ex-teacher & it's a terrific course.

If you or his father could have the interest to work w/ him, this would help his assimilation of it. It's just a technique. I also think that kids like him who have the interest will do MUCH better than many adults who have all kinds of hang-ups w/ regard to their personal success.

Make sure he does it in layers & has fun. But, please be interested & listen w/ him when he listens to the tapes to help answer any questions he may have.

Here I am!!!

There isn't really all that much work involved in PR - it's really all play! I've just started PR (I can really get going once I find 5 "E-Z" books to PR), and I've already had instances of spontaneous activation. Yes, spontaneous activation. You have to watch for them, because they're very subtle at first, and, like Dana, you may not notice it while it's occuring. For all we know it could constantly be occuring and we're just not noticing it.
If he seems that interested in the program, his interest alone will keep him motivated enough.

If he has any questions, he can email me personally at BubblesOfEvil@hotmail.com if he wants.
