I also am new with PR. I am studying for my general surgery board exams. I believe the best approach is to photoread and activate each chapter as if they were separate textbooks. Superread/dip and mind map each chapter. You basically end up with an algorithm for each chapter. I hope this is helpful. I received this advice by posting the same question.
