Hello Everyone,
I have just recently started on my Home Study Course, and I have a question about the correct posture and position to be in while PhotoReading. When I sit bolt upright in a chair like the course says to do, I am physically uncomfortable and I then find it hard to stay relaxed and maintain the flow state. I have always been an avid reader, and am so used to laying down to read. Since I am more comfortable and relaxed when laying as opposed to sitting upright, won't the system still work for me if I modify it in this way to suit my personal tastes? I am just trying to make sure that I don't mess up the basics of the system at this early stage of my learning.
(By the way, the home study course is amazing! The dictionary game is incredible, and the Star of Wonder Exercise powerfully demonstrates the difference between linear reading and whole mind PhotoReading!)
I thank everyone in advance for any feedback.

Do whatever is comfortable for you and notice the results.

Most people do better when sitting.
