For all of the doubting ones out there I can tell you that the photoreading step using the subconsious works, in subtle manners at first. I am a beginner PRer although I have finished the home course. I can tell you that the PR stage is completely viable by linking it to my somewhat recent take up of piano lessons. This past January I began to take lessons, inspired by Chopin, and now many other composers. I have had many months now to track my progress and methods whilst learning pieces of music. I can have a the music right in front of me and play it a couple times that day, and never think about it again. The amazing thing here, which proves the subconscious works, is that the next time I sit at the piano, I can play the music twice as good, and feel much more comfortable at it. Is this because I consciously thought about the piece, no, or that I poured over the music all night, no, I probably didn't even remember the name of the song if I didn't look at it. My point is, is that your brain works information out, granite, I have to spend a lot of time on harder songs, I have yet to reach the point to site read. But also I have yet to reach the point that I can photoread like Paul Sheele. Does this mean that I say that what he does is crap, no, all I have to do is click on my MP3s and hear some of those pianists playing some of the hardest music I have ever heard, if they can do it, in time, So can I.

I'm picking up alot of things easier like Martial Arts- watching the movements and in sparring not really focusing on anything but taking in the whole view at once and being able to see foot and hand movement at the same time. Very cool.

Well, let’s take a different approach then, lucid dreams; they’re a bridge from your dreams to your conscious mind. I admit I am not fully educated on the technical workings, but I know they exist because I’ve had one, along with probably everyone else. Lucid dreams show that a link to your subconscious and conscious can be bridged while dreaming. Anyways if you ever remember a dream, then isn't the subconscious the main dictator in dreams, so aren't we in a sense remembering what our subconscious played out that night.
