Paul,

The two processes can complement each other, but are completely different. Silent Subliminals are in essence no different that any other subliminal recording - just far better made. Paraliminals, on the other hand, are prepared from the teacher / student standpoint; they have your mind rehearse the desired result in different ways, so that this result becomes reality.

Kinda like the definition I got on the net:
AlGoreithm, n. (al-gor-ith-m)

Any method of calculation performed endlessly until a predetermined
desired result is produced.

I think that the Silent Subliminals can certainly complement the paraliminals in that it would reinforce what Paul tries to teach. Paul teaching us how to perform a function, and the silent subliminals assuring us that we can... Now there is something to salivate about...

Brian,

I was having some thoughts about your super paraliminal sessions. I think Personal Genuis might be a waste of time in this case, because problem solving and creativity cannot be learned in this way. You can set your mind up for learning, but only continual use of your mind would improve those abilities. Memory, on the other hand, could probably benefit a lot from this process.

I don't know, but something tells me that memory is just not rocket science. As long as you believe in your ability to remember, know how to focus, and then be able to associate with what you want to know, you should be able to develop a near perfect memory without a hitch.

Just a thought...
