Don't be so concerned about the blip page, it will present itself when you least expect it in time. You can still PR w/o it. There are many PRer's that cannot get the blip page and PR just fine. The blip is a by product or shall I say "extra gravy". The main important is the soft gaze and being able to take in both pages through your peripheral vision
