I have some of those superlearning tapes with the 60 beats per minute music on it and I think it's a little distracting. I think it's just me though. I prefere having a fan going because that's more relaxing to me. On the last tape of the course he said something along the lines of everyone is going to prefere something different.
During Photoscreaming I think you have to listen to Slayer or old Metallica. ;-)
