I already finished with the PR personal learning course and started to establish my goals, really for me it has been a great experience. My life has changed and I've started to feel my improvement on the way I can recall things on my mind. After PR a book sometimes I feel a big headache and also I'm unable to sleep that same night. It's that normal?

Having a headache or feeling pressure in your head is normal, and the reason for this is that neuro connections are being established to handle/process the newly acquired information. In time this feeling and headaches will diminish. Not being able to sleep is due to the direct sorting and processing of that new information by the subconcious mind. You think that is fun, wait until lucid dreaming kicks in

I wouldn't worry about the headaches but if you're having trouble sleeping get the "Dream Play" paraliminal. I'm to the point to where I'm asleep before the tape shuts off. Before I'd be up for 45 minutes before getting to sleep.

You also just may be excited over what you're learning. I was like that when I first got the book.
