an aerobic fitness/health scheme based on jogging at a "healthy" heart rate, and not pushing yourself when it hurts. ah yes, tried that for a while--even bought a heart monitor. My thought on this is T Robbins sought a means to motivate people to exercise, who otherwise would not, or, would try and give up from the pain. "If you are exercising and you cannot carry on a conversation, you are doing too much" Dr. Bob Arnot blew this one a way in The Biology of Success. So have others. There are so many perspectives out there.
I never really saw how you could get much out of it.

It will blow your socks off!
But the master key here, is--rebounding actually 'fun'. Imagine exercise that is a joy to do? Also, the great thing about aerobics is that it doesn't have to be all done at the same time. 30 minutes a day could be split 5 ways. --this makes rebounding ideal for the office or short study breaks.
That amygdala stimulation sounds intriguing.
It's all there on the net. Just tickle your amygdala with an imaginary feather, and you should feel it. If it sounds quacky, it's because T.D. Lingo was an entertainer in addition to scientist and realized that to really get through to people, humor works like nothing else.
