Never mind time in the beginning of anything. Who cares if it takes 2 hours your first (2nd,3rd) time- the point is after you do the MM you can use it to trigger memories of things in the book. A MM flowers out and that's the way your mind likes to visualize things. It's easier to remember things that you've MM'd but I would not do it as specifically as they teach it in the PR book and NO WAY would I do it like he did it on the tapes. He wrote EVERYTHING on that MM, which is probably what you did if it took you an hour or you took a long time in finding things to put on it. I would only MM books I'm very serious about learning alot from. I know that there are entire books written about MM but I think the simple way that you invent is the best way.
