I just want to ask you one question.
If a bomb or plane destroyed your government and a plane or bomb killed 6,400 other people at another sit (WTC) you would not want to wage war? Remember, there was 4 planes, 2 crashed into the WTC and one into the Pentagon, another crashed in PA, that one was heading to th White House! If that isn't a call to war, what is?
(I did not understand Vietnam, but the war against terrorism is different.)
People from 97 countries were in that WTC when it was attacked, so it is a world outrage, too, not just American.
I do not wish to p*** you off, I'm just stating facts.
