After reading several posts from individuals who are claiming that they ordered their PhotoReading Courses several weeks ago (or in one case over a month ago) and have yet to receive them, I think that Learning Strategies needs to reassure this forum's readers that such occurances (if they are in fact true) are the extreme exception and not the rule.

Sorry, I meant to post a reply. Most of the orders were outside of the U.S. (mainly Europe), so, it makes sense that shipping would take longer. I live in TN and when I ordered the PR course, it took about one or two weeks.

I've received everything I've ever ordered in less than a week (usually within 4 days).

I ordered the course from Lifetools UK on August 15th and I've so far only received two letters stating that it's "not in stock at the moment, but is expected to be in stock within the next two weeks".

I'm starting my new course tomorrow night (A+ Comp Tech) and I was hoping to get into the PR course before then.

Still, I'm a patient person.

All orders made directly to us are put on our computer the business day that it is received, unless it comes in later in the afternoon. Orders are then shipped the next business day from our fulfillment center.

Orders placed on the website before 4:00 pm Central Time are shipped the following business day.

Orders from the infomercial are processed quickly, too, but I do not know the exact timing.

International orders shipped through DHL are generally delivered in 3-4 business days.

International orders shipped through first class mail can take considerably longer to deliver. Depends on the mails, your country, and your customs.

You can always email Orders@LearningStrategies.com to see when an order was shipped.

You should receive it within a couple of weeks through Airmail, or within 4-5 days through DHL.

Hi Dana,
Why don't you email tracking numbers after the course is shipped? Most delivery services offer the numbers, and it would cut down on some CS calls.
