Do the drills when you're tired and don't want to do them, NOT when you want to. I do the same thing with exercising and martial arts- I wait till I'm tired before I do them. I've had the course for less than a month and I've been thru it 10 times. That's about half the course everyday. My first 2 weeks with the book, I PR'd about 120 books just to go thru the motions and I also superread alot of books without caring about comprehension. I'm to the point to where I'm doing Syntopic reading almost exclusively and I'm happy with getting the 11% of the book that's important and saying heck with the supporting nonsense and page filler words. I'm still amazed at how I can blast thru repeat information or stupid supporting stories and I'll still get that urge to go back and slow read everything "just in case."

To get fast go thru your bio books so fast that you get 0% comprehension. Do all the steps up to Rapid Reading so fast that you get nothing and EXPECT it. But get it over with and out of the way and then do your Rapid Reading and study reading. Then do it again the next day. This won't take much time at all.
