Arthur Dent Member Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 5	I'm a near total novice at PR. I find things easier if I maintain my quiet scene as I PR and or chant. Is there any downside to this re comprehension?

Andy030 Member Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 513	I think it's preferred. I always thought the quiet scene was to relax you and the chant was to keep your mind occupied so you don't focus on any one word when you do the PR step. Sometimes I don't do either.
