Well, Brian, Yale really wasn't on my list, but as I was thinking, if there are more people like you at that school, it would be definitely a worthwhile experience. Btw, last year, I had a teacher fresh from Yale, and she was(is) what I would plainly state, an idiot. Obviously, you are not an idiot, nor am betting most of those who go to Yale, or Harvard for that matter. (Yes, another incompetent teacher )

My thoughts were more in the direction of pursuing my passions. Theatre and psychology. Double major if I can manage, and I believe I can.

My problem is that I like money. There is not much money in theatre. Movie stardom, yes, but that would take a lot more focused energy than I think I would be willing to take away from other pursuits. When I went to my photoreading seminar in October, I met this one guy who openned up a lot of possiblities for me. This guy, only 22 had driven about 20 hours straight to get to North Carolina from Montreal. He was a high school drop-out, but had a job in real-estate. OK, he was strange, but nothing outstanding. Then he tells us one day at lunch that he just happened to make some $750,000 by age 18. In a year and a half he went from $3,200 an uncle left him to 3/4 of a million dollars. But he then made a few bad investments and lost his confidence and then gave the rest of his money to a con artist who was later assinated in the Caribbean by someone he should not have scammed. But as it turns out, this young man, age 18, lost a million dollars. He is now in debt $200,000, but only because he lost faith in himself. He still owns a bunch of property, but the banks are keeping a tight watch on him. Now to my point. He did all this with no traditional business knowledge, no formal schooling, not even a high school degree. He read a lot of books. He read a lot of -good- books. But unlike the million of other people that read all these money making books, he actually did something with this information. I racked his brain and got what I could. I personally would say that if you want to make money, lots of money, buy the book "Building Wealth" by Russ Whitney. Over the christmas break, I'm going to sit down with my brother, who is not a minor, and work out what exactly we are going to do to make the money we want. I have a year and a half to decide if I even want to bother with college, which I probably do, but I wouldn't rule out any possibilities at this time.
