theerapun, get the "dream play" paraliminal tape if you're having trouble sleeping. I used it for 2 weeks and now I fall asleep before the tape is even done. I know this because when the tape player clicks off it wakes me up. I thought that was amazing since before I'd be awake for 45 min before falling asleep.

I think PR will work for those that just keep going even when they don't see results. I wasn't seeing any for a while.

lallous, the course is complete, they don't mention something and then not explain it. Ramon hit the nail on the head when he said that it's mostly UNLEARNING what you already have learned about reading. For me it took 6 weeks before I was willing to finally do all the steps in the times that they said to do them. I had a huge speedreading backround and that was just MORE I had to let go of for it to work.

The SuperReading step is the hardest to get the hang of but once you get the 'point' of it the whole course will have been worth the money. If you don't get good at that step you are not going to blow away speedreaders.
