Are you suggesting I conserve my "youthful energies" and this will improve my focus elsewhere? Don’t just take Napoleon Hill’s word for it...Ask Master Chunyi Lin. (really objective sources, I know!)
You spend all this time storing chi in your tan tien, the seat of your spiritual power, then you go blow it all....
But you know, everything in life has its place. It’s nice to be a mindless beast sometimes—especially while still young!
I've just been exhausted lately (past six months) and after sleep, anywhere from 5 to 14 hours, I still feel drained.
How’s the diet, exercise, sleep, and meditation habits? 10 to 1, the problem and solution lies therein!
I think I might have to try out the bwgen sometime to see what you've been raving about.
oh yeah!—it’s even better than mind machines, because it plays up to 10 simultaneous binaural beats. Man, some of those settings are really funky. Plus, it is fun as hell to explore the inner realms of the mind—you feel like a pioneer, an explorer—it’s the best. Truly.
Now, talking about this third eye, it is one of the chakra point, the Ajna.
If you could, tell me some more about the third eye chakra—I know absolutely nothing about it! Does it give me special powers? like X-ray vision?
4. Turiya (conscious dreamless sleep?)
COOL! Yes, Delta meditation—4 hz and below. Did you know that the Aborigines think it queer that we Normals dream while we’re sleep? It’s true. They don’t see how we can get any sleep at all if we are constantly dreaming. They don’t dream in their sleep. They dream during the day…… ahhh connections!!!
So without the benefit of your delta meditation, how do I go about starving my brain of theata waves while getting my dose of delta and not end up hallucinating during school?( as much fun as that is.)
There’s really only two MAIN things that you notice as far as weird mental states: Complete lack of self-consciousness and peak creativity. Absence of tiredness. There are also the latent psychic abilities that come to the fore. (I think)
And you don’t hallucinate that often. When you do, you can instantly recognize it as such. In the dining hall the other day, I saw a dog right in front of me, barking viciously for a brief second. Then, at 4ish AM the other night, in the mirror I saw a black-robed figure walk around the back of me. Freaked the living crap out of me, actually. “I see dead people”.
Brian, Please be patient.
Sure thing!
