---How’s the diet, exercise, sleep, and meditation habits? 10 to 1, the problem and solution lies therein!---

Diet? ...no diet. hungry often, but when I sit down to eat, I can rarely finish without feeling sick to my stomach.

Exercise? ...a bit of exercise, I go to my ninjutsu classes about four times a week. Stopped my weight lifting after I moved back from Brazil six months ago. I bought a used treadmill, but it's broken And I have that rebounder set up, but haven't felt like I've had time to use it.

Sleep? ...lots of sleep. Usually about 7-8 hours each night, many times much more, very few times less.

Meditation? ...I was doing a bit of the kundalini yoga meditation, but I gave up (a reaccuring theme for me) after I would sit there for 20 mins, trying to remain motionless and of focused breathing, but my mind wanders too much. I was trying to stick with it, but after missing a few sessions, it just got phased out.

Doubtlessly, there is great area for improvement in my living habits. I think it comes down to a pile of doubts and a tad of learned helplessness. Unforunately But forunately, I know how to change it But unforunately I sabotage myself and procrastinate and flat out don't do the things I know will get me to the places I want to be. This one book I've been working with, "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway" by Susan Jeffers, is very good, and should help me out quite a bit. Even just mulling over the ideas makes a positive difference.

Well, I'll respond to the rest of your post tomorrow, or later tonight, I've got to study for my Latin exam. It is very fun, but lots of work. I really need to master the principles of LS. And mnemonics. Mnemonics would help a whole lot.... oh yeah.

Vale, mi amice!
