Hello

When Activating unfamiliar info you are doing no difference from activating familiar info. During your preview, write down 20 to 25 triffer words. For your first activation session form mind probing questions from the trigger words and then super read and dip. The first session is used to find out the structure of the material. During the session you will find answers to your questions, therefore you have learned some stuff. form more questions from the info you have learned during your next activation session and so on, remember to mind map at the end of every 30 min session.

Do you have a reading list for the subjects you are doing? I do For my uni subjects. What I do is i photoread a couple of books that are on the reading list in advance of lectures, during the lectures, i don't take notes, i just mind map. During the lecture it just feels like the info makes sence and i can understand it. Often i acquire questions and i use these as mind probing questions and spend maybe 30 to 45 mins on each book after the lectures to increase my knowledge of the lecture materials.

You can use PR to learn almost anything whether the info is familiar of new, the stuff i do each semester of uni is new to me.

I hope it helps, if you have more queries post another topic
