Hey,

I was wondering if it is possible to learn PR just by reading the book? I don't feel like I have the money to buy the whole course since I'm just a poor student .

I think it's possible. At least it works pretty much ok with me. I am only having some problems with concentration/relaxation where I guess it's better to have the tapes.

Good luck!

Okey, Thanx

Also, do you have the "The PhotoReading Whole Mind System" book, or do you have the "Rapid Reading Made E-Z" book? I assume you have the first one. The other one I meantioned is also written by P.Scheeles and is about Photoreading. It was written this year(maybe just an later edition?). Anyone know which one of these two books I should buy?

Krosh,

This is a reply that Pete Bisonette gave before to that question:

<<Rapid Reading Made E-Z is a private label edition of the Third Edition of the PhotoReading book.
It is sold in office supplies stores throughout the country along with other books in the Made E-Z line. The retail price is $17.95.

Other titles include Best Career Opportunities, Accounting, Car Buying, Crossword Puzzles, Everyday Law, and Much More...Made E-Z.

(Math Made E-Z is also by us, however, we do not publish another English edition.)

While Rapid Reading Made E-Z is not intended to be sold in bookstores, some bookstores have ordered it and it is also available at amazon.com and bn.com.>>

Meaning they're basically the same book with readibility edits. I would assume Rapid Reading Made E-Z is probably better, since Pete says he likes almost all their changes, but as far as content goes, it's probably the same exact book.

They are the same. the title is just different. alot of authors do this--same book, different package. Go to www.amazon.com to find either of the books.

I had just the book and worked with it for 6 weeks and was totally frustrated so I ordered the tapes and before the tapes even arrived I got a book to gel finally. I think you can make quicker progress with the tapes but there is more information in the book so if you can religiously follow every exercise and not cheat, it's fine. In the back of the book is a coupon for a Paraliminal for $6, be sure to get one, they will relax you into that state and all you have to do is the opening and closing affirmations and mantra's and you got the whole course down.

Sorry to bring up an old topic, but I just wanted to add a few cents.

I found that I learned everything from the book. I had the book and thinking I could learn more from the tapes I got the course. I'm actually sending the course back today, because I didn't get any use out of it. Well, I lied. The one use I got out of it was the pariliminal tape. I love the thing to death. I'll just be using the coupon in the back of my first book to get it now. =)

Hehehe, yeah, the paraliminal tape was awesome...I just linked to LSC to get another free tape. The procrastination one. (What was so very sad was that I actually put off linking them because I'm such a procrastinator).

Cool. I can't wait to get the 'net at home again so I can get my website back up and running so I can get a free tape. =)

Then my fiance won't have to sit here at the library with me and be bored. LOL
