could you explain how you learned to get there ?

The only way I know of is via brainwave entrainment, be it binaural beats or visual. You could buy a mind machine—I recommend the Proteus $200. Cheap, tons of features, plus you can program it from your PC (very important)! Or, of cousre, download the bwgen for free or $40 registered.

Visualization? Little tricks etc? Unnecessary. All you need is a good pair of headphones that surround your entire ear and either a software program (bwgen, cool edit) OR a mind machine (proteus).

I’ve stopped doing that little paraliminal recipe I cooked up with the intro, meat repeat, and conclusion. Why? Any form of processing disturbs and lessens the power of the trance. What I do instead is play Side A of Natural Brilliance for the first 27 minutes as I’m going down (because I’m still in beta, alpha, and theta). Paraliminals are not meant to be listened to while in delta, and I question whether they in fact do anything in that state! In my mind, Natural Brilliance is the #1 paraliminal in existence. I think that this one cassette can be used on virtually everything. It is one-up on the New Behavior Generator because it is a.) general and b.) brings you closer and closer to an enlightened state of mind, which aids all problems, with each use. With the resolution of internal oscillations, no more inner conflict, no more beta, no more ego... it’s alpha time... and God’s invited.

The delta tones continue indefinitely. When I randomly snap out of the trance (after about 90 minutes), I simply remove the headphones and roll over into a very deep sleep. I usually wake up five hours after beginning. (so maybe 1 hour med, 4 hours sleep) Upon waking, I take the Natural Brilliance side B and listen to that with a slight binaural tone in the background.

I never saw the utility of burning CDs of these paraliminals, when .mp3s have such tremendous versatility. Further, you don’t actually need to copy anything at all with this system if get a couple radio shack cords/adapters you can run the tape player into the aux jack of your mind machine, then into your headphones.

I reached the delta state the first time I tried the preset called Deep Mind IIIe. Wow. “You really feel it” as the creator says. Like being reborn! However, you must register or crack the program in order to import the presets. If you don’t want to register or you can’t find a crack, you can use the recipe I provided for making the delta wave preset early in these Feel the Power posts to create your own—easy enough and lots-o-fun!

I felt that at the end (20 mins) my hand chakras became really warm. Haven't experienced that ever before

too much effort! You’ll find that with the bwgen or even with Hemi-Sync cds (or mp3s) you can stimulate any chakra of your body at will.

I keep on refining the system. It just gets more and more streamlined/optimized (as you can see with the progressive posts). That is the Natural Brilliance way, after all.

As a friend of mine says, “Better Living through Circuitry.”

Hi Brian649

Can Holosync be recreated with a good light/sound machine? Do you know how I can get the trauma releasing benefits from light/sound without paying in the South Aftican Rand R15,000 (15 Thousand) for all levels of Holosync? If possible I would like to know if I could use a David Paradise L/S to recreate Holosync?

Thanks in advance for all and any information.

Grant,

Can Holosync be recreated with a good light/sound machine?

Nope. The really cheap ones aren't programmable. The Proteus is the cheapest programmable unit at $200. Mind Machines use something called 'pulsed chords'. If you own a mind machine, listen in one ear, then listen in the other..... the sound is the same. I'm not sure if you can honestly call these 'binaural beats', because there is no phantom beat created inside the skull. Regardless, the effect is same. The Proteus comes with a session editor called ProtEd. Thing is, you can only play one of these pulsed chords at one time. Holo-sync presets often employ a binaural beat formation know as 'septone' or another similar grouping of many beats at once. I know the average number of simultaneous beats for a Hemi-sync preset is around 5. ..so, no luck with Proteus or any of the other budget models, which can only handle one.

Though, what you could do is program the bwgen with the simultaneous holo-sync binaural beat pattern. Then use bwgen's audiostrobe feature for visual entrainment at one frequency. That would bypass the sound limitations of the mind machine. (but you'd have to know holo-syncs trade secrets )

Do you know how I can get the trauma releasing benefits from light/sound without paying ... for all levels of Holosync?

This is a first-class question. I absolutely know how you can. You'll have to either pay the 40 US bucks or find a crack (astalavista.com) for the bwgen. There are two presets that are right up your alley.

One is 'Trauma Release' by Zamolxe which is nice and simple. He's got filtered pink noise (with high and low frequencies taken out in order to lessen 'the edge'.) And a simple 1.5hz binaural beat at 100hz. Very simple, very effective.

The other is 'Personal Growth Meditation' by Wim Kijne. This more directly mirrors holo-sync. One binaural beat takes you down from waking to deep delta, and another remains at deep delta. Granted, it doesn't use the fancy formations and ingenius tricks--but hey...it's free! You could further pipe this through an audiostrobe mind machine like the Orion or Proteus and add in Light entrainment--a one-up on the holo-sync.

The best thing in the world though, is that you can spend 10 seconds changing both the carrier frequency and the delta beat (as you adjust to lower and lower frequ/beats) INSTEAD of using an entirely different CD. (The ultra-simple directions for this are in the preset--no trouble whatsoever.)

I don't know how much holo-sync costs, but I'm guessing it's not cheap. I'm not saying holo-sync is a scam or anything--because the results are all too tangible. It's just that all the CDs are is pink noise and sine waves!!! If they used a computer program to create the sounds, they could probably sell their system for.. 3 dollars!

Thanks in advance for all and any information.

No problem. Only to happy to.
