This is really the truth...i just this minute got done listening to it! Honest.
I'm at work & i just took a 10 minute break to listen to it. All i can say is that it really works for me. It is one of my most favorite paraliminals.
But to be totally honest w/ you, i stayed a bit longer b/c i went right into some Silva work after listening to the 10 Minute Supercharger.
It also is an excellent tape to learn how to get to the alpha state of mind. Good luck w/ it.
