Be careful. An enhancement of 30 fold is troubling me.
Please remember the difference between Photoreading and reading. While you may photoread at 25,000 words per minute, this number cannot be translated to normal reading, since time spent photoreading is minimal in comparison to the other steps...for this reason I would phrase differently your request to see someone who can read at 12,000 words per minute.
The speed at which you actually photoread doesn't even really matter, which is why I dislike that they say "Photoread at 25,000 Words Per Minute", because to someone who sees that advertised will think they will read at that speed. In actuality, you can Photoflip through a book in 5 seconds, then repeat several times and reach somewhere probably in the range of 100,000 words per minute being photoread, but that's a terrible way to guage it at, since you still have activation left to do, and postviewing if not done already.
This is why I usually use a comparison of how long something would take me to read normally versus photoreading. I say something along the lines of "It took me a 3 hours to finish this 400 page book...not bad."
If you meet someone who has mastered photoreading, please be don't be prepared to see them read at 12,000 wpm. Prepare to see them photofocus, and go through a book, then do a lot of activation procedures.
