I heard a joke with the attitude and numbers thing:

Assign each letter a number based on their placement in the alphabet (A=1, B=2, C=3, etc.)

When a motivational speaker asks for you to give more than 100%, what are they asking for?

Hard Work = 98% So hard work isn't enough.

Knowledge = 96% So that's still not enough.

Attitude = 100% This is how you achieve 100% in life...but if the the motivational speaker wants more than 100%, what can you give them? Well, interestingly enough you can do this:

BULLSHlT = 103% Now you know how to handle those guys.
