Sometimes when I PR I start picking out words here and there so the reason I go back thru upside down is to just make sure that I "get" the whole book without my conscious mind jumping in. Your mind recognizes patterns and you can read upside down and backwards because there is no upside down or backwards to our mind- it just want's patterns.
