you do photograph the page in less than a sec (or every 2 secs as they say in the book). the time comes in in "activating" the material (read book). the informational guy did "spontaneous activation" (read book), so he got the info right away from his subconscious ...but that takes skill...something he's been practicing for 15/16 years...the only actual claim made in the commercials are increase of 3x of speed, not "reading" speed, getting through the material speed. the program is called "the whole mind system" to use your whole mind. selectively reading material doenst really give you a good understand of it, while photoreading,then activating does...(after practice of course...and like i said the practice comes in in learning how to extract the material from your subsconscious, you gotta learn to listen to internal signals, etc).
so, basically, here is what it copmes down to:
if you believe that the subconscious can really absorb/learn material (there are studies to support this, as well as real life examples) ... then this is the course for you...if you dont, then it may not be, the best way to figure it out is to read the book first. tha's teh most important. you can get answers to most of your questions from there.
