This is way off topic, but somewhat related, I guess, since people here are concerned about health and their mind, etc.

Any one do Yoga? What's the best way to learn? A book, a video? Any books or video's you suggest?

Since we're being off topic, I might as well mentioned I just came back from a test on the Yoga Sutra, which I have failed MISERABLY.

Yoga as it is practiced in America is called Hatha Yoga, which concentrates on posture and health. Yoga in India is deeper, and develops the course to enlightenment. The discrepancy is similar to the Karma Sutra, which here is very sex-oriented, while in India also focuses on spirituality.

Not that this matters much...in answer to your question, I don't do yoga, but I do meditate.

And also do Karma Sutra
