Maybe Dana will answer. He told me to go over the steps very clearly in the beginning. Then when you do the tape, as it gets faster & faster, just visualize the feeling at the beginning of your process & then the feeling at the end of your process.
So far, i've only done it once for my workshop & following the steps has gone very smoothly. BUT, i have to say my desire is considerable. It's a very interesting tape.
