I can understand why both grades average in since you took the course twice. To get an A after getting an F says something. My first experience w/ French happened to be w/ kids who had flunked French for 3 yrs. They knew so much more than me. I flunked it & they all passed!

Dump the class. Duty is the translation for Dharma & Dharma is a far-reaching concept that is watered down to just "duty." The highest form of dharma is that your thoughts, speech & actions all be the same. So many of us think one thing, then we do something else & say something totally different.

You have all kinds of dharmas: to your self, your family, your country, your school, your fellow humans, your environment. Or, more simply put: transpersonal, intrapersonal, interpersonal, subpersonal dharma.

Relax & just let it go for now...imho...
