still try the diverg gaze- look at one word and diverg till it becomes 2, or use the 4 corners of the screen or something like that.

I recall Dana or Pete saying to use the page down key & not the mouse. Soft gaze & hit the pg. down. When i do it, i do the pg. down key to the end & then w/o stopping do the pg. up key to the top. Relax....etc.

I imagine looking at the wall behind the monitor to achieve the photofocus state, and there-on can start directing my eye's more on the screen still maintaining the focus.

Confusing? Hope not.

Well i recall the overhead projector flipped 30 pages a second for Pete's demo!!!!

There's no real time frame for each step b/c it all depends on your state of mental preparation at the time & your mental/physical relaxation. Sometimes it's just a deep breath & clarity. Other times, it's a few minutes.

If in the middle of the PhRing step you begin to notice that you are tensing up, close your eyes, take a deep breath & relax your facial muscles & then continue.

I try to always drink a glass of water before PhRing.

The steps are the same steps you would follow to PhotoRead a book. It is that simple.
