Does it really matter which hand to use when you page flip? The course says to use the right but after a while my right arm gets tired. I switch to my left hand and pull the bottom of the page with my thumb. What do you use to page flip?

The only concern would be that if your arm is tired, do you think your brain might be getting a bit of an overload as well?

Try taking a 5 min break when your arm gets tired to relax your brain as well. =)
