I have just started using Memory Supercharger and Perfect Health.

At the beginning of the tapes we are directed to verify that the left channel is coming in our left ear and the right in the right.

Since these tapes depend on brain lateralization for their effectiveness, do we know if they are as effective for left-handed people like myself, whose lateralization diverges from the norm?

The effectiveness of the tapes depends more on the separation of messages than on the specific hemisphericity of the delivery. Yet even saying that, we know that people with hearing loss on one side can still benefit from the recordings when listening in monaural with their good ear.

Normally organized right-hemispherically dominant individuals (switched dominance) can be identified partly by how they write. They write either with the left hand straight or with the right hand curled in (reversed).

We have not noticed a difference in the effectiveness of the Paraliminals with switched dominance. Some individuals have preferred to hear the right channel in the left ear and have reversed their headphones to do so.

We recommend that you try it normally one day and switched the next to determine if you have a preferrence.

Enjoy the sessions.
