* You can let your subconscious mind guide where to dip. You can also let your conscious mind. I think it is a combination of the two. I am a much better dipper now than when I was first starting out.
* You can become familiar with the text upon first activation...or not. Depends on many factors such as how well the author did his job.
* Familiarity can be achieved with just PhotoReading, incubation and some activation will do a better job.
