1) Is it ok for beginner to follow your instruction which is spend only seconds to get into the state because we're in it after serveral pages turning???
2) for beginner wanting to experience some spontaneous activation for fun . is it ok to do prepare and preview steps imperfectly? that is just state purpose ' i want to experience spontaneous activation' and photoread without previewing... is this ok??
