Activation is the most difficult step in PR. I'm asking myself if after you prepare and PR a book you can activate it by using regular reading. And then if you need more comprehension just rapid read it again. Please answer.

That would just be "regular reading" not really activating. The activation steps are a little more active than passively reading thru the whole thing. Regular Read as much as you want you can always speed up if you get bored.

Here is the 'cure' for making activation easy.

R e l a x.

Whatever activation method you choose, it becomes very easy if you can remain relaxed.

Welcome back old friend. I haven't seen the likes of you on the discussion board for quite sometime. How's it been?

Allenhm,

Nice to be back! I see we have quite a few new members on board. Thats great! The more the merrier!

Just started exercising again ... oh the pain!

About to enroll the young one in Jiu Jitsu in Janurary ... (as per your recommendation) should help his development and confidence to become a fine young outstanding man in society. Not to mention a great bodyguard for dad!

I've ordered Qigong level 2 and Memory Optimizer ... hope to share my knowledge about these fine products once I've evaluated and practiced them.

Great to be alive and back!
