Thanks for the response. I haven't been able to practice the course so far. I did go through the tapes just to know what they are about. I decided that it's not worth the effort to do the transfer. Only the Memory Supercharger contains paraliminal messages and may be the one I'd regularly listen to. The other tapes' content are easy to remember.

My problem of making the transfer is that my computer doesn't have the Line-in jack. So I had to plug the Line-out signal into the Mic jack. This may have contributed to the abnormal sound quality.

As for CDs to come, unless they are free, I doubt I'll invest in those. To me, the difficulty lies in finding time and good environment to read and practice the exercises, not just comfortably listening to the voice instruction.
