Hi all.
I think i've just successfully activated my first book. It's 300pages long. I spend around 50 mins to activate it (2 sessions).

i think i know the book very well. I can get any info from it quickly now.. since i see it as a big picture.. does this mean that this book gels for me already?

However , i do feel like i successfully activate it because of my concious effort AlONE. i think i mindprobe wise questions , do the preview step correctly ... superread & dipping correctly .. so the information come to me.. During activation , i didn't feel anything unusual , i didn't get any intuitive signal..

i feel like it's a wonderful skimming method which can give me good knowlege in the book. Does it work like this for beginner? how can i make it to be more obvious to me that the 3rd step do something?? how can i receive the intuitive signal...??

Sounds like you need to do the "friend" thingy. Find someone that has read a book and who knows it very well and PR it and have him quiz you on it. I did that with the book "Kiss and Makeup" by Gene Simmons. I Photoread and SUperread and dipped using only ONE mind probe question... "What are the basic facts of Gene's life?" I was amazed at how many of his questions I was able to answer, like Gene was born in Israel- I don't remember even dipping on that fact. I had some previous knowledge of the band (who doesn't) but it was a real eye opener.

Try it.

Andy, a question. When you supperread, you are not trying to memorize all the facts you dip into, but just simply read trought it right?

I've read a post on this topic before, but just wanted to make sure.
