Hey, Merry Christmas! I got a GameCube! I'm 30 years old and I act 14.

There's an old book called "Silva Mind Control Method" which I found to be good for relaxation, focus and concentration. I would not buy anything more expensive than the books because the whole alpha state thing is no big deal. Deep breathing plus Tia Chi movements do the SAME THING. There are 10000000000 ways to do the SAME THING. It does not matter WHAT you do to increase your awareness or whatever, just don't spend alot of money learning it like I did.

Hi! I saw something about Silva Mind Control on Amazon.com about a year ago. I was having a look at some of the tapes they have for it and considering buying one or two. I didn't, as it happens. I would have a look at the tapes Amazon deals in to get an idea of what is available, if I were you.

I have the casettes and what I really learn from then is to relax deeply, you can do the same with several deep breaths using Paul Scheele program.

Hi!

I just received my "The Silva Mind Control Method"-book today so I haven't read it yet. But it is about creative visualization to achieve ones goals etc.

I took the "basic" Silva Method course in the 1970's, then took two additional advanced courses later. Although I have several books, they are not near as effective as taking the basic two-day course.
I liked it a lot and used it for many things of accomplishment during my life. I notice today that they are "slipping in" several NLP principles. Hope this helps. Marshall
