Has anyone tried using NLP to get up in the morning? I've been trying it for 2 days and so far it's been 2 for 2. The first night I wanted to get up at 6 AM the next morning and I got up exactally at 6 AM! The next morning I really didn't care and told my inner mind to get up between 8 and 9 and it worked again. Has anyone else tried this before. I'm going to try it also for going to sleep.

Reminds me of that Seinfeld episode.

After 6-7 hours I'm up anyway no matter what I tell myself. I'll try it and see what happens.

Interesting, I've actually woken up right before my alarm went off a number of times. Makes you believe there's more going on in the brain than we realize. For example, the other day I was walking and got completely lost. I followed my intuition and ended up getting back home by taking side streets I had never used before. Coincidence or "CoincidAnce*?"
