Question #1 I’m not too sure about. I just think positively about making the connection.

As for question # 2, 2 books come to mind. 1 (spiritual) – The Power Of Positive Thinking, Norman Vincent Peale and 2 (mind control) – The Silva Mind Control Method, Jose Silva and Philip Miele.

Don’t be deterred on the spiritual one. Granted it is religious, but the main point other than religion is helping with your thoughts (i.e. your brain).

These are just a couple, I’m sure there are many, many others that would be of great help.

The main thing is to just have patients and don’t get uptight about the system. Just when you think that you may not be getting any where with it, you may put it aside, or not push yourself as hard and one day things will begin to click.

I’m not by any means a pro at the system, but my accomplishments with the system are far greater than I expected and the more that you use it, the more natural it will become; the more natural it is, the less you think about it, which automatically enhances your ability for getting better.

Question #1: it helps to remember when you look left, up or eye level. The visual memories are up, and auditory memories on the eye level.

Sometimes it helps more if you move your eyes from left to right, to left to right to left... many times and think about the thing you want to remember. -Purjo
