You can photoflip a book within seconds and still gain the same benefits as when you photoread page-by-page. Which would you prefer, since they both have the same results?

Here's the problems with photoflipping:

No one has really confirmed it, whether it's more effective than photoreading, or if it will even work going that fast. Some say it will, some say it won't. In either case, be sure that your eyes will clearly see each whole page of text (sometimes while flipping that fast, you'll see a quarter of an inch of the page because the second page is on top of it, and so on).

Plus, the photoreading step takes 5 minutes. And it's not like you're going, "God, I hate these 5 minutes." If you're doing it right, it's almost like meditating, and it relaxes you, which is great if you're doing things that are challenging like mindmaps or skittering. Relaxing is important, so the 5 minutes you would spend relaxing might as well be spent on photoreading.

One big problem with photoflipping is that you will have problems seeing the words near the spine of the book, since this area will be pinched together to make enough tension for the pages to flip. So you don't get all the words.

What I do is this: Photoread, then photoflip like 5 times. I use it as a supplement, which is great because when you do your affirmations, you really do feel like you have all your bases covered.
