Photoreading has been great for many books, magazines, and brochures that I pick up. I can also easily photoread and activate many textbooks, including biology and history. However, I do have a problem I have been struggling with: anything in chemistry, or specifically organic chemistry. I'm sure this would apply to math and physics as well.
I am have a very difficult time activating the chapters in my Organic Chemistry textbook. I'm sure that my preview and photoreading are working fine because I am able to use these techniques with many other books successfully. However, with organic chemistry, when I activate the material, I pick up pieces of information and facts. But I simply cannot understand what they're saying. It seems like the only way to actually understand the logic and explanations of various reactions and synthesis is that I must actually read through in a normal flowing way instead of skipping and dipping (forgot the correct terminology). It's like I won't understand the logic/explanation unless I actually read normally. It seems like photoreading/activation only helps me pick up facts. Can somebody help me? I REALLY APPRECIATE IT.
