I have the Memory Supercharger tape and the PhotoReading activator, and I find myself falling asleep while listening. I do it at night right before bed, which is probably why, but I find it really interesting. I fall asleep after the initial entry into state, and then wake up as Paul is bringing me out of state. I put on the tape, start relaxing, then the next thing I know, I'm being guided out of state, with no real conscious recall of the session. Am I still getting benefits from the tapes this way, or should I try to find time to listen to them while I'm wide awake?

Waking up as Paul finishes a tape says that a part of you is paying attention to the tape, so yes you will receive benefit.

A key is to have the purpose of benefiting from the tape. If your purpose is to fall asleep then you may not receive benefit beyond the relaxation.

Thanks, Pete.
I definitely don't have the intension of falling asleep, it just sort of happens. Can I continue this way, or should I just listen do it during the day to make sure it'll be effective?

Again I find myself saying, "ME TOO!" which is a wonderful feeling. I wake up on cue everytime. I've forced myself to stay awake during one session.

Pete, how am I supposed to listen to the tape. I've been experimenting.

Sometimes I listen and picture only the stuff in the right channel(blocking out the left) and visa versa another time.

Should I be trying to listen to both channels simultaneously?
Does my alternating pattern work ok?

It's okay when you happen to fall asleep. I'm gone moments after I hear Paul's voice, which is why I "answer the questions" before I push the play button.

It is best to listen to both at the same time, allowing the messages to come in. Go with the flow and the rhythm of the voices and float between the voices. If you find yourself listening to one ear or another, do what it is saying until you can float down the middle again.

I WISH I could fall asleep while listening to Dream Play, I sometimes get close but can never seem to do it, it suckxz. I've been using dream play for a few weeks now and man itz pretty cool! I usualy never dream, or remember dream, but whenever I use dream play, although I have yet to reach any form of lucidity, I dream and remember most of the dream every night! Anyone have any tips on getting yourself more hypnotisable? I try but I dont think atleast that I enter trance. It's a drag.

I'm gone instantly on all of the tapes except Dream Play...so you are not alone!
