Ramon , can you read the whole line while glancing at the center?
I want to know if that's possible for human's eyes. Are there any exercises for widen peripheral vision?
Do our eyes really diverge when we use soft focus??? When i enter photofocus state i don't diverge my eyes , instead i just imagine looking through the book. Is what i do called 'defocus'? Or is it traditional way ?
