If I am interrupted during the PR process and am not able to close out that session with the affrimations, is that session wasted as far as the 5 step process is concerned?

Other than waiting for a time when I know I will not be interrupted, what is the best way of handling this situation?

Thanks in advance.

Hi DC,

Considering that the PR process only takes a couple minutes, I would just redo it.

If it seems too frustrating to start over again, I guess you could going where you left off, going back several pages, and start PRing again.

Whenever I've been interrupted, I usually start from the beginning or pickup where I left off then photoflip the book several times (I do this anyway if I'm not interrupted just for good measure).

Always try to end with affirmations. I find they make a difference.
