When I activate, I am just doing it so very very slowly, but I feel like i can't get enough out of it if i don't stop and read so much, maybe that is natural, and I am still going 3-4 times my normal pace, but i want to go faster, should i just push myself to go faster? Or did I do the photoreading step wrong? Thanks everyone

Chaz,

Keep in mind, when you activate you are building comprehension at a conscious level in layers, from whole to parts. Structure first, and increasingly more detail as you go.

Keep your activation sessions to 30 minutes and pace yourself to move through your book from beginning to end in that pass. Add a layer of branches to your Mind Map at the end of each session.

How many activation sessions have you spent on your book so far?

When i draw the mind maps, it really slows things down, should i just be jotting down quick little notes and then moving on?

Thanks

It's okay for MindMap's to take a while. You can draw all kinds of pictures if you want to. It just helps you remember stuff better.
