You can still rapid read it if you wish.
I was never one to really use super read and dip for fiction, but I do use it to further explore various themes after my first, rapid read pass.
You can always be inventive with the purpose, too. I think on the tape, Scheele says someone was in a dentist's office, and photoread a book and stated the purpose, "I want to pass the time to avoid thinking about the inevitable drill."
I don't know what you would dip on, but it any case what I'm saying is that the purpose can almost be anything.
