I have a question reguarding the counting from 1-10 though. I tried this earlier. Someone or perhaps yourself posted this same exercise in an earlier post. My question is. Will this process slow you down in the beginning and also cause a loss of comprehension until it is mastered? The reason asked, is when I tried it earlier, 1)I didn't stick with it and 2)I seemed to lose both comprehension and speed, so I aborted the ship.
If the above is true, I take it that I should stick with it. Trying it again, I imagine I'll do it with material of little importance until the method is mastered.
Any more insight would be appreciated,
