SDstudent,
Sorry to hear about that.
Here are some things i can think of:
1. practice scessions using this type of question
2. drink water before taking the exam and during it as well
3. listen to Motzart prior to going in for 15 minutes
4. wear the same shirt for the test as you did during your practice/study scessions--sorry Vera i couldn't resist such tricks!
5. have an X in your visual field. The X promotes whole brain functioning as does tracing a butterfly going clockwise starting with the right wing and counter clockwise w/ the left wing
6. use breathing techniques to get into deep breathing
7. use memory supercharger every night or every night after studying or practicing
8. use self-esteem supercharger to promote total-utter-Mt. Everest type confidence
9. get an image of what type of success you expect to have on these tests & use all your senses to imprint it in your mind

I mean this list could go on and on. It all has to do w/ preparation of body, mind, spirit. Silva programming with mirror of the mind in deep alpha. Figure this: You really can't lose by developing a few of the above mentioned techniques because they'll serve you throughout life.

Good luck....and be sure to eat properly before taking the test. I know a guy in residency who took the boards for certification and said that eating and drinking water helped him stay alert...but he also has done ALL of the above since med school. Correction: He's done them all and so much more but he did it all in LAYERS. Layering is a trick. Also check out the latest MindChatter on the CRI archives. It's very helpful in GAP management. Very useful article for you at this time. You need to be able to see just how much you have accomplished as opposed to just how much more you have to do.
