Yeah, I saw your post on that. Might be good for me, too. I've got problems sleeping. I've been havin' 'em for years. (Maybe you remember my post about how I discovered PR. I was up at 3am on a school night.)

Same here.

I started using Dream Play because I was desperate, and was hoping it would finally get me to go to sleep.

It works like a charm, though a couple nights ago I screwed up the first listen, and had to listen again (I kept shifting around and thinking about something in particular that was bugging me during the day instead of listening to the tape).

I have horrible sleeping habits (hopefully they'll get better now). Last semester there was this time I didn't sleep for 5 days straight. I saw the infomercial and ordered the system another night I was up nice and late (up late for me is 10 a.m.)

This past week my sleep has improved with dream play...I've gotten in bed earlier (2:00 am) but I'm still waking up pretty late. I think it's my body compensating for lack thereof (yes, contrary to popular belief, you CAN make up for lost sleep).

I'm muched for focused now, and I used "Get to It" finally for the first time yesterday, and went to my student center.

Now, whenevever I go to the student center, all I've done usually is go to Au Bon Pain to get coffee (because it's cheap there), sit there drawing comics, go to the student center "to study", go straight for the arcade, play for an hour, realize I've lost time, go back to the food court (people study there) find a table to study on, then get buy food, and then I sit down and eat. After I'm done my coffee is finished, I go to Au Bon Pain again (it's in another building) then I figure I might as well go home and check my e-mail.

This process takes about 4 hours.

Yesterday, I listened to the tape and went to Au Bon Pain. I didn't expect much. I went to Au Bon Pain, then I went straight to the student center (I haven't drawn many comics recently, so this didn't surprise me). Then I sat down and started reading these briefs I had to know. In an hour I read two briefs (yay PRing) and I was shocked, since it was the most work I'd down in 2 weeks. In one hour.

Cool.

I'm looking at that New Behaviors paraliminal next.

It was by luck...I've never seen the infomercial again, and I watch Comedy Central a lot.

I don't know...the question gets brought up a lot, so I'm wondering if LSC will ever:

1) Have a schedule of when the infomercial will air.
2) Have it on a tape that you can order for free (like the news broadcast)
3) Have a downloadable copy of either the news broadcast or the infomercial.

I found it on some channel that jumps all over the place, and has ONLY infomercials. I've seen the infomercial twice, but that was about a half a year ago.

In one of my speech classes, a girl did a informational speech about deja vu. It was a cool topic that sparked my interest. She said that one of the reasons you get deja vu is that your left brain gets the information or experience and than almost instaneously the experience or information gets transferred to your right brain. Hope this sparks some more interest in this topic.

I usually experience Deja Vu when I'm in the flow state. I went very deep into the flow state today - it was a "calm paranoia," to say the least. My senses were peaking as if in a life-or-death panic, yet I was utterly relaxed (even the cross of my back where I cary most of my tension), and I new I was in no danger at all. I had a feeling that I was reliving something that happened very, very recently. Like I was a "fleeting moment" ahead of everything.

The real question on Deja Vu is what one can do to trigger awareness of what happens next, before it happens. Precognition, ya dig?
